Assistant Vice President, L&H Benefits Senior Account Executive
Ginger Curtis is a Senior Account Executive in Employee Benefits at Stephens Insurance, LLC in Houston, Texas. She has more than 30 years of experience in Employee Benefits Insurance. Prior to joining Stephens in December 2016, she spent more than five years working for another large brokerage firm in Houston.
Curtis started her insurance profession at American General Life Insurance Company working with a producer in the Individual Life Insurance Department. In 1985, she got the opportunity to go to work for a large, well-known Marine Insurance Agency in Houston called Adams & Porter where she began her Account Management career in the Employee Benefits area. Adams & Porter would later be purchased by Aon and became the Employee Benefits foundation for them in the Houston area.
In 1996, Curtis joined Plumhoff & Associates, one of the most successful, well-respected, independent Employee Benefit agencies in Houston. She spent 15 years there managing clients before their merger with USI in 2011.
Curtis works closely with her clients to ensure their best interests. She assists them with daily client needs involving Compliance, COBRA, HIPAA, claim issues, plan implementation, and plan design.
