Assistant Vice President, L&H Benefits Senior Account Executive
Kasey Smiley joined Stephens Insurance in 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Account Executive in the Life & Health division. Her role is to engage employer groups with the development, administration, and implementation of plans, as well as compliance issues, COBRA, HIPAA, and claims issues. She also interacts with employer groups to provide issue resolution, consultation, and analysis.
Smiley has over 20 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to Stephens, she consulted with clients on the design, implementation, and administration of health and welfare benefit plans and managed fully-insured and self-funded employers in the key accounts segment at United Healthcare.
Smiley earned a BS in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is licensed in Life and Health and is a designated Group Benefits Associate (GBA).
