Ron Adams joined Stephens Insurance in 2012 as a Senior Vice President in the Risk Management Division. He has 20+ years’ experience in the insurance & risk management areas, serving both publicly traded and large private companies.
Prior to joining Stephens, Adams was a partner at Little Rock based Hoffman-Henry Insurance. His experience includes brokerage and risk management services to large corporations in the retail, manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution, and financial institution sectors. Adams's expertise involves the development of complex property & casualty programs using alternative risk transfer methods, loss sensitive programs, and various other methods of risk finance. His experience also includes placement of large, catastrophe exposed property schedules as well as diligence projects and reporting for merger and acquisition activities of his clients.
Adams holds a BBA from the University of Mississippi in 1996.
