Tice Young joined Stephens Insurance in 2017 as serves as a Senior Vice President and Advisor in the Property & Casualty division. He leads a team providing innovative Insurance, Risk Management, and Transactional Insurance Solutions for complex risks across North America and internationally.
Prior to joining Stephens, Young was a Senior Vice President at an insurance brokerage firm. During his 12 year tenure, he developed industry-leading Insurance Placements and Risk Management Solutions for clients within the Energy, Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Chemical marketplaces. He has also worked with numerous clients to provide Merger and Acquisition diligence services, Transactional Risk Solutions, and Program Placements.
Young earned a BA in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Mississippi.
