Mr. Irby joined Stephens in 2010 and is a member of the Healthcare Group focusing on the Healthcare Services sector. Since joining the firm he has participated in a variety of M&A and capital raising transactions. He graduated from the University of Mississippi summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts and holds an MBA with honors in finance and accounting from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Prior to business school, Mr. Irby was a manager in the business development and marketing group at an international industrial distributor.
