Prior to joining Stephens in June 2010, Mr.
Bender served as a Senior Analyst at DnB NOR Markets in the Houston
office handling energy investments. Prior to joining DnB NOR
Markets, Mr. Bender was an Analyst with Piper Jaffray in the Clean
Technology & Renewables Group in Minneapolis. Mr. Bender has
been involved in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings,
private placements, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, strategic
consulting and restructurings. Mr. Bender graduated from Saint
Louis University, where he received a BBA in Finance with a
concentration in Accounting.
