Mr. Allio joined Stephens in 2009 as an Associate in the Energy
group. Most recently, he was an Analyst at Energy Capital
Solutions, an investment banking boutique firm in Dallas, where he
participated in a wide variety of M&A and private placement
transactions in the energy sector. Previously Mr. Allio was an
Analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets in their Energy Investment
Banking Group. Prior to joining KeyBanc’s Energy Group, Mr. Allio
was a member of the Equity Capital Markets Group at KeyBanc. Mr.
Allio received his BBA in Economics and Finance from Ohio
University.
