Mr. Baumgartner is Co-Head of Equity Capital
Markets for Stephens and is a member of the Firm’s Capital
Commitment and Management Committees. His
responsibilities include overseeing the structuring, marketing,
pricing and distribution of the firm’s equity underwritings.
His experience includes the completion of more than 300 public
offering transactions, including initial public offerings,
follow-on financing and equity private placements. Prior to
joining Stephens, Mr. Baumgartner was Head of Equity Capital
Markets at Robert W. Baird and also spent eight years at Piper
Jaffray in various deal execution and origination capacities.
He received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and
his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of
Minnesota.
