Mr. Marks joined Stephens in July 2002.
He focuses on Merger and Acquisition work across many industries
including information technology & services, consumer and
retail, financial services, industrial, infrastructure and
healthcare. He has executed on a variety of transactions for
boards and management teams including buy side and sell side
advisory, strategic alternatives, hostile defense and valuation
events. During his career, he has executed over 25
deals with a combined value greater than $8 billion. Mr.
Marks earned a BS degree in business administration and accounting
from Washington and Lee University.
