Mr. Souza, located in Atlanta, GA, is a member of Stephen’s
Industrial Distribution & Services practice. Before joining
Stephens Inc., he was a Vice President with Berkeley Square
Advisors, a New York-based turnaround and restructuring firm. At
Berkeley Square Advisors, Mr. Souza led the execution of numerous
turnaround and restructuring engagements for industrial, consumer,
power and media companies. Prior to Berkeley Square, he was an
Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Wasserstein
Perella & Co., where he executed more than $30
billion in M&A transactions in the media, telecommunications
and financial services sectors. Mr. Souza began his career as an
Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in
finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Stanford
University Graduate School of Business.
