Mr. Miller joined Stephens in 2000 and is a
member of the Transportation & Logistics group. During
his career, Mr. Miller has advised on more than 30 transactions
with a combined value of greater than $4 billion. He has
executed a variety of transactions for boards and management teams,
including mergers and acquisitions, go-private transactions,
fairness opinions, public offerings, private placements and
strategic alternatives assignments. Mr. Miller graduated
summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in
Finance.
