Stephens served as sole manager on the Development Authority of the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County's $60.31 million bond issue. Proceeds from the bonds will loaned to by the Authority to the Athletic Association for additions and improvements to Sanford Stadium on the campus of the University of Georgia in Athens.

Stephens served as sole manager on Arkansas Children's Hospital's $128.15 million bond issue. Proceeds from the bonds will be used to make improvements on the campus of the Hospital and will include approximately 193,050 square feet of new finished space, approximately 6,150 square feet of new shell space and approximately 118,500 square feet of renovated space.
