As consumers become more aware of the impact of what they eat on their health, food and agricultural technology is changing quickly, and a number of relatively new and reconfigured companies are challenging the dominance of industry leaders.  We expect to see a substantial number of private companies enter the public market in this arena over the next several years, bringing a greater emphasis on health and wellness, nutrition, safety, and water and soil conservation. At the same time, growth for those aligned with consumer trends should continue to accelerate.
