Cathy Kelley

Cathy Kelley joined Stephens Insurance in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative in the Property & Casualty division. In this role, she acts as a point of contact for client inquiries, resolves challenges, and identifies and assesses client needs. Additionally, she supports the firm’s monoline workers’ compensation policies.

Kelley has 20+ years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Stephens, she served as an underwriting assistant for a national wholesale insurance broker.

Kelley is licensed in Property & Casualty, and holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Professional Service Representative (CPSR) designations. She earned a BA in History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
