Stan Payne joined Stephens Insurance in 2009. In 2019 he was appointed Senior Executive Vice President assisting the CEO with the overall strategy of the firm. From 2012-2019 he was Executive Vice President, Director of Property & Casualty. Additionally, Payne continues to lead a team providing Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management services to Fortune 1000 and large private companies.
Payne’s Brokerage career spans nearly 25 years. He earned a BA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and completed the Chubb/Wharton Executive Leadership Development Program at the Wharton School. Civically, Payne serves on the Board of Directors of The First Tee of Central Arkansas.
