Courtney Daily

Courtney Daily joined Stephens Insurance in 2024 and is a Vice President and Senior Claims Account Executive in the Property & Casualty division. In this role, she performs contract review, assessing risk exposure and insurance implications, and advises clients accordingly.

Prior to Stephens, Daily worked as legal counsel in the oil and gas industry for a variety of wellsite services and supply companies, where she reviewed, drafted, and negotiated a wide range of domestic and international commercial contracts, ensuring limited risk exposure while adhering to each company’s preferred terms. She also managed claims and litigation with outside counsel in the areas of personal injury, products liability, auto accidents and debt collection and collaborated on strategy for successful outcomes.

Daily earned a JD from the George Washington University Law School and a BA, with honors, from the University of Texas Plan II honors program. She is bar admitted in Texas and New York.
