Commercial P&C Customer Service Representative
Crystal King joined Stephens Insurance in 2023 as a Customer Service Representative in the Property & Casualty division. In this role, she acts as a point of contact for client inquiries, resolves challenges, and identifies and assesses client needs, and assists account managers in providing clients an excellent customer experience.
King has over 20 years of customer service experience. Most recently, she served as a 9-11 dispatcher for the Searcy Police Department and White County Sheriff’s Department for 10 years. She holds an AR Property & Casualty license.
