Debbie Johnson

Debbie Johnson joined Stephens Insurance in 2023 as an Account Manager in the Life & Health division. Her primary role is managing a book of business with duties including providing assistance with plan renewal and open enrollment, communications, contract reviews, and compliance support. She acts as a liaison between client and insurance companies to resolve any service issues regarding billing, claims, eligibility, and other concerns.

Prior to joining Stephens, Johnson worked as an account executive for a national benefits brokerage, managing both fully-insured and self-funded clients. Before, she was part of a team managing benefit programs for the expat workforce of an international oil and gas company and also served as a benefits manager at a large national retail company, overseeing the processing and effectiveness of health and welfare plans.

Johnson is a designated Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).
