Erin Cervantes joined Stephens Insurance in 2023 as an Account Manager in the Property & Casualty division. She handles day-to-day servicing for clients and any changes or questions they may have, working alongside her team to ensure all the client’s needs are met for renewals.
Prior to joining Stephens, Cervantes marketed renewal accounts to various carriers and brokers to maintain client retention and was the main point of contact for any coverage questions or changes.
Cervantes earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a designated Certified Authority on Workers Compensation (CAWC).
