Gwendolyn Allen joined Stephens Insurance in 2024 as a Senior Account Manager in the Life & Health division. In this role, she works alongside employer group customers to provide support for the implementation and renewal of employee benefit programs, serves as a liaison between the employer client and carrier partners in the ongoing maintenance of employee benefit packages, and provides assistance for the resolution of service questions/concerns related to enrollment, eligibility, claims, and benefits.
Allen has over 30 years multifaceted experience within the insurance industry, 20 years of which was spent in the capacity of leadership over a group service team in the Account Services Department for a local health insurance carrier. As such, her main focus was to partner with brokers/agents, employer group clients, and internal departments to provide client support related to the resolution of complex service related issues in the area of enrollment, eligibility, claims, and benefits.
