Rich Krutsch joined Stephens Insurance in 2023 as a Senior Vice President in the Life & Health division, focusing on third-party administrator relationships. In this role, he develops innovative strategies that drive employee health outcomes and client success.
Prior to joining Stephens Insurance, Krutsch had a long-term career at ArcBest, where he most recently served as the Vice President of People Services. Among his many innovations, Krutsch developed technology to personalize care while reducing friction. He also developed a program to add benefits without passing costs on to employees that additionally decreased the overall healthcare spend.
Krutsch holds an MBA from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Arkansas. He has also earned the Employee Analytics Certification.
