Senior Vice President, Commercial P&C Account Executive
Stuart Petty joined Stephens Insurance in 2023 as a Senior Vice President within the Energy Division where he specializes in the marketing and servicing of onshore and offshore upstream energy risks. In his role, Petty evaluates and analyzes client exposures and associated coverages in order to optimize program structure and risk transfer strategies within the global insurance marketplace. He also provides additional services to clients, including contract review, insurance market intelligence, and M&A due diligence.
Prior to joining Stephens, Petty spent over 20 years as an upstream energy broker for a large insurance brokerage firm. His previous clients consist of E&P firms and Contractors engaged in onshore and/or offshore operations domestically and internationally, including publically held and private firms as well as start-up ventures.
Petty earned his BBA in International Management from Texas A&M University.
