Thomas Burrow joined Stephens Insurance in 2023 as a Benefits Consultant in the Life & Health division. In this role, he assists clients in developing employee benefits programs to maximize profitability, meet compliance requirements, and aid in employee retention.
Prior to joining Stephens, Burrow worked as an advisor for a global insurance broker where he conducted open enrollment meetings, assisted in guiding clients through the renewal process, and employee-facing booklets and presentations to communicate benefit offerings.
Burrow holds a BA in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
