Commercial P&C Customer Service Representative
Waylon Franklin joined Stephens Insurance in 2023 as a Customer Service Representative in the Property & Casualty division. In this role, he reviews policy documents and identifies and researches missing or inaccurate data regarding client policies and is gaining industry knowledge on nuances of the different Property & Casualty insurance policies.
Prior to Stephens Insurance, Franklin worked in the Stephens mailroom, interacting with a broad range of clientele.
