David Palmer

David Palmer is an Associate Director in the European Financing Advisory Group in Stephens' London office. Prior to joining Stephens in 2018, he was an Executive at Ernst & Young, first in their Restructuring practice in Birmingham and latterly in their Operational Transaction Services team in London. Whilst within the Restructuring team at EY, David advised lenders and corporates on financial and operational restructuring in distressed situations. In the Operational Transaction Services team, he advised corporates and private equity clients on complex transactions, carrying out financial and operational due diligence, synergy assessments and integration / carve out planning. He is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester.
