Kevin Cunningham is a Senior Adviser of Stephens Europe in the Financial Services Group. Prior to joining Stephens in 2017, he was at Fenchurch Advisory Partners for 13 years, where he was a managing director and founding partner. He started his career at Comerica Bank as a credit analyst and then worked in public finance at John Nuveen in the United States before joining the European Financial Institutions Group at Deutsche Bank and then co-founding Fenchurch. He has 20 years of investment banking experience, advising public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and fundraisings and has broad experience across the financial services sector. He has acted for a number of UK and international financial services companies, including Marsh, GIC Re, Hiscox, Allstate, Navigators, Bank of Montreal, F&C Management, LV= and Wesleyan. Most recently, he advised on the sale of Lonmar to Global Risk Partners, the sale of RFIB to Calera, the acquisition of SMEi by Marsh and the capital restructuring of Openwork. He has a MBA from Columbia University, a BA in Anthropology from UCLA and earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2001.
