Mr. Henson, located in Atlanta, GA, is a member of Stephens' Financial Sponsors Group, responsible for building relationships between Stephens and private equity firms. He has more than 25 years of investment banking and finance experience. Most recently, Mr. Henson was with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he spent several years providing subordinated debt and equity to leveraged buyouts and investing in private equity funds as a Limited Partner. His final years at SunTrust were spent as a member of its sponsor coverage team. Mr. Henson began his career with five years as a corporate finance generalist at Deloitte & Touche and Bear Stearns, followed by five years of leveraged lending at GE Capital. In addition, he was a principal of Intersteel, a venture and management company. Mr. Henson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
