Ahmed Moussa

Mr. Moussa joined Stephens in 2023 and is a member of the Clean Technology & Infrastructure group. Mr. Moussa has broad experience in various energy subsectors, spanning traditional oil & gas, midstream, and energy transition. His transaction experience includes financial restructuring; mergers, divestitures and acquisitions; and debt and equity capital raises. Prior to Stephens, Mr. Moussa worked at RBC Capital Markets in Canada and Houlihan Lokey in New York. Mr. Moussa received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a Specialization in Energy and Environment and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary. He is currently completing his Executive MBA from Columbia Business School.
