Mr. McClanahan joined Stephens in 2020, and serves as Director of Recruiting for the Corporate Finance team, assisting with both lateral and campus recruiting efforts across the department. Prior to joining Stephens, he was an Executive Recruiter at Experis where he focused on recruiting for investment banks throughout the US. Mr. McClanahan received his BBA and MBA from Texas Tech University.
