Mr. Mitchell joined Stephens in 2022 and is a member of the firm’s leveraged finance practice. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Mitchell was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he executed buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as valuation support for private equity and corporate clients across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Mitchell was an Assurance Senior with Ernst & Young. Mr. Mitchell is an inactive CPA. He received a BS in Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the University of Alabama.
