Peter Tointon joined Stephens in 2021 as an Associate in the firm’s London office, working in the Industrials, Technology, and Consumer sectors. In that time, he has worked on a variety of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for a range of public, private and financial sponsor clients. Peter holds a BA Honours degree in Classical Studies from King’s College London.
