Mr. LaRosa joined Stephens in 2022 and is a member of the Consumer Group in New York. He has worked on a variety of financial advisory engagements including M&A, capital raises, and other strategic advisory work in the consumer product & retail, food & agribusiness, technology, media, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. LaRosa was at Alvarez & Marsal advising corporations and sponsors on a wide variety of financial & strategic advisory engagements. Mr. LaRosa holds a BS in Finance from The College of New Jersey, from which he graduated summa cum laude with the highest GPA in his graduating class. Mr. LaRosa also earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
