Steve joined Stephens Private Client Group in 2011. Jack Elster joined Steve in 2019 after completing the Stephens analyst program that trains and develops the firm’s next generation of consultants.  Mary Grigg, his registered sales assistant, has supported the team since 1996 and draws from over 25 years of administrative experience to assist clients’ needs.
